The Massachusetts Health Leadership College combines intensive and comprehensive leadership assessment, coaching, interactive lectures, and action-learning assignments to provide executives new insights about themselves, their leadership, decision-making styles, and their affect on others, and provides a year-long series of workshops dedicated to the development of “next-generation CEOs and key leaders.” The program is designed to develop the operational, interpersonal, and overall leadership skills needed for success and is specifically geared toward hospital, physician and other continuum of care leaders.

About the College Faculty


Bill Morley, Sr. Faculty
Bill has been associated with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) for over twenty years. He most recently was Vice President, Global Talent Development for a $2 billion pharmaceutical development and manufacturing company, and for fifteen years prior to it, ran a consulting practice specializing in executive assessment, executive leadership and team development, executive coaching, succession planning and talent management. In the early 1990’s, he was a member of the faculty of CCL and Program Manager of CCL’s LeaderLab® Program for five years.

Currently a senior faculty member for CCL, Bill has vast experience as a facilitator, executive coach, and feedback coach for CCL and has worked across our network and internationally: Canada, Mexico, Europe, the Middle East and Far East. He is well versed in all CCL “open enrollment” programs, has been certified on all the assessments of the Center, and was instrumental in designing and developing “customized” leadership development and executive coaching solutions for Center clients. He co-authored an “executive coaching” program used by the Center for training feedback specialists and internal corporate coaches for client companies.

Bill has worked with executive officer level candidates and their subordinates in general management, finance, sales and marketing, information technology, corporate strategy, and research and development with companies and organizations such as: Coca Cola, Xerox, Duke Energy, Prudential Financial, Ryland Homes, Reynolds American, Cisco Systems, Bank of America, Lord Corporation, Catholic Healthcare, Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey, Booz Allen, McKesson, American Red Cross, and branches of our Armed Forces.

Bill has an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Kansas and holds masters degrees in theology and business administration. Additionally, he earned his Doctor of Ministry degree in Counseling and has been an ordained Episcopal priest for over thirty years. He completed his certification as a Corporate Business Coach and earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) designation.

Bill belongs to the International Coaching Federation, Association for Talent Management, Society of Human Resource Management, Institute for Management Consultants, and the Organizational Development Network. Bill has co-authored a book entitled Executive Coaching: An Annotated Bibliography published by The Center for Creative Leadership® in early 2000.


Camille Preston, Adjunct Staff
Camille is a highly sought after speaker, writer, executive coach, and facilitator. She is the founder and CEO of AIM Leadership, LLC, one of the country’s premier organizational and leadership development firms. Camille is a pioneer in the fields of Virtual Effectiveness and Virtual Authenticity and is the author of Rewired: How to Work Smarter, Live Better, and Be Purposefully Productive in an Overwired World. She specializes in training individuals, executives, teams, and organizations to be effective, productive, and authentic in a virtual world. Camille’s clients include a worldwide roster of individuals, corporate executives and organizations in both the public and private sector.

Camille is an adjunct coach and faculty member of the Massachusetts Healthcare Leadership College at the Center for Creative Leadership. She provides coaching, group facilitation, program design and deliver.

Camille earned her undergraduate degree from Williams College and her coaching certification from Georgetown University. She earned her master’s degree and doctorate in psychology from the University of Virginia. In 2000, she was awarded the International Best Dissertation of the Year award by the American Psychological Associations, Div 21. Camille is trained to deliver feedback in CCL-proprietary 360-degree assessments, EQ-I, Haye Group EQ, Hogan Motivations, Values Preferences Indicator, and other psychometric assessment instruments. He received training as a CCL feedback coach.

Camille is certified by Synergetic Results International in Neurolinguistics Programming and Neurostrategies and received advanced leadership training from the Center for Creative Leadership. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She has presented at numerous national and international conferences. In addition to executive development, Camille is an active angel investor in Qwalify, Libboo and 1Mind. She is a mentor to Compass Partners, Strong Women Strong Girls, and several other non-profits.
