This year’s HR Labor Forum will look at the particular challenges hospitals face juggling multiple generations. Specifically, how can hospitals do a better job of integrating millennials into their workplace fabric? What special qualities do millennials bring to the table? Do they present unique challenges? And most importantly, how can hospitals help them get beyond technology to make more human connections? We’ll take a deeper dive on these critical issues and include strategies and best practices in use by local hospitals. We’ll conclude with a legal update on the HR issues surrounding marijuana and immigration, followed by the hot topics special labor briefing for members.
